Grief with Chronic Illness
Tuesdays, 4-5pm - 7 weeks from 22 September · $10 per week
Living with a chronic illness can bring many forms of grief, including changes in health, independence, identity, relationships, and future plans. Inspired by David Kessler's Finding Meaning, this supportive therapy group offers a compassionate space to explore and process these losses alongside others who understand. Participants will have the opportunity to acknowledge their grief, develop coping skills, explore their strengths and values, and discover ways to find meaning and purpose while living with the ongoing challenges of chronic illness. Together, we will honor what has been lost while exploring what remains meaningful and possible.
