If you are a partner or former partner who has experienced sexual betrayal, this group will provide a community with other women who have that shared experience. You will also receive specialized support from a trained facilitator guiding you through the healing process. You will reconnect to yourself, rebuild trust and find your voice.
Using Dr Kevin Skinner's book, Treating Trauma from Sexual Betrayal: The Essential Tools for Healing, we will dive into understanding this trauma and what the healing process can look like for you.
Our coach and facilitator Raquel Custer is a betrayal trauma specific coach, and brings her personal and professional experience to the group to support you on your journey.
