Brandon South

Brandon keeps the parts of Noble Strengths that clients never see running smoothly, so the parts they do see feel effortless. He oversees the practice's operations and the systems underneath them; scheduling, intake, vendors, and the day-to-day process work that keeps care moving, along with the technology side: he designed and built the Noble Strengths website and owns the search and analytics work that helps people find the practice when they're looking for help.

He came to this work from client management, where his job was making sure relationships were tended and communication never fell through the cracks. It's the same instinct he brings to the practice now: a client who feels forgotten between a first call and a first appointment is a client the practice has already lost, and most of what he builds exists to make sure that doesn't happen.

Brandon treats the systems that hold client information with the same care the clinical team brings to the room itself.
