Massage therapy in Orem

For bodies that have been working hard to hold themselves together.

Massage here is therapeutic rather than decorative. Corinne works with chronic tension, everyday pain, recovery, and bodies that are guarded from months of bracing against something.

It also sits inside a therapy practice, which changes what is possible. Pain and stress are not separate problems, and when someone needs both kinds of care they can have them in one place, from people who talk to each other.

Corinne Vorkink, Licensed Massage Therapist

Corinne Vorkink, LMT

I believe our bodies are incredibly resilient. When we take time to listen to them and care for them, they have an amazing capacity to heal, adapt, and help us live life more fully.

Corinne has a passion for helping people feel stronger, move more freely, and reconnect with their bodies. She believes massage therapy is more than relieving muscle tension. It is an opportunity to promote healing, reduce stress, and improve overall well-being.

She specializes in customized therapeutic massage, combining Swedish massage, deep tissue, myofascial release, and trigger point therapy tailored to individual client needs. She particularly works with clients managing chronic tension, post-exercise recovery, everyday pain, or seeking relaxation and rejuvenation.

More about Corinne

What she works with

  • Chronic tension and everyday pain. Shoulders, neck and back that have been carrying something for a long time.
  • Chronic illness and persistent pain. Dedicated sessions aimed at pain management and emotional release, for bodies exhausted from holding themselves carefully. Read more about that on the chronic illness page.
  • Recovery and movement. Post-exercise recovery and restricted movement, informed by a degree in exercise science.
  • Rest. Sometimes the reason is simply that you are tired, and that is reason enough.

The work combines Swedish massage, deep tissue, myofascial release and trigger point therapy, chosen for what your body needs rather than booked as a named style.
